Full-color mixing add-on


– Arara


Effortlessly print in stunning colors with our seamless color printing mixing add-on Arara. Arara uses CMYK pigment injection directly into the hotend and lets you you color any filament. Paint your models in Iris slicer, pick your perfect mixing filaments, and print colored prints.
Arara uses cheap resin pigments and only needs 4% pigment per filament ratio added to color the filament. Any filament type is supported although white, or natural colored filament is recommended. Iris slicer can be set up with any colors as starting point so you can experiment and reuse old filament by repainting it to the color you want.

Smart quality-controlling camera

– Colibri


Enhance your printer’s capabilities with our smart camera system Colibri to auto-calibrate, tune and flow-control your print live so you have all printing be error-free, precise and fast.
Colibri includes a priming pre-print check of z-offset, flow and temperature to certify your settings are going to print well before actual start. But also error-checking while printing, with continuous flow-repair, fixing flow issues while printing. And a model print report outlaying the problems in the print (if any) and imagery of each layer with labels. This allows you to sell your prints with certificate of quality.

Waste-free MMU


– Velox


The Velox MMU is probably one of the most compact ‘big-load’ MMUs with it’s large 15-input setup. Velox replaces both the MMU and joiner/cutter by adding in a splicer (filament joiner), and adds in a buffer big enough to ensure pause-free multi-material printing. With its built-in controller the filament will in-precise-timing be cut, retracted, loaded and fused together, so there is no pause or purge required.
As mentioned Velox also comes in a 6-out version for tool changers: the Velox.
Both work with both direct extruder systems or behind a Bowden extruder. We also offer our super strong servo-powered Boa extruder (up to 65Ncm-1 at only ~75g total package weight) in case you don’t have a good extruder to use yet. Another option to add is Mico; a sensor that precisely measures color, thickness, humidity and filament usage while printing.

Filament spec sensor


– Mico

Mico is a full featured filament sensor that accurately senses and shows you, directly in your Klipper frontend, everything you might want to check when printing reliably. It boasts precise sensors for:
– filament thickness (mm)
– filament color (RGBA)
– filament run speed (mm/s) and length (mm)
– filament humidity (%)
– filament temperature (ºC)
With Mico also come a small number of macros to react to changes directly, f.e. change the flow rate, and a connection to Spoolman to keep your filament specs updated.

Angling conveyor belt


– Tucano


The Tucano is a conveyor belt system that uses a smart motorized tilting system to angle it up to 60º while keeping the bed fully centered. It has a strong wiper in the front and comes with an optional door-opening and -closing add-on, so you can set up continuous printing, even in closed printers, without limits.
Tucano comes can be sized to exactly fit your printer, offering various sizes to pick from, and comes with smart Klipper-connecting controller.

Magnetic rail gantry


– Samba


Samba brings your printer the needed swings and harmonic vibrations to make printing more fun. It uses precisely tuned magnetic sensors that autonomously fully levitating-ly ride on a magnet rails while giving smart feedback on their actual position, and correcting any dis-syncs while moving. This closed-loop system means you can hit the tool head and it will automatically turn back to the right position to correct the move.
Additionally the magnetic system of Samba is fully friction-less and offers very high speeds and accelerations.
In the future the option for IDEX or multi-tool head will be added by means of firmware updates. Samba is made for high speed, high reliability printing in mind, and is available in custom sizes.

With more than enough good enough 3D printers in the consumer space it is now possible to replace a good part of unsustainable manufacturing by sustainable 3D printing. We just have to make sure we limit all the plastic thrown away each day with failed prints, purging and supports and source from recycled or renewable sources.

³ᵈUᵇᵉ offers a subscription-based service chain that transforms existing 3D printers into next-gen printers with ease, opening up a world of green, fair and sustainable possibilities. Our service simplifies the processes of non-planar printing, color 3D printing and optimization of tuning, making 3D printing as reliable and cyclic as possible. ³ᵈUᵇᵉ was initiated in 2022 just after the consumer market boom of new printers.
