Mixing adapter 1:256 (M6 – 16.5mm)

This is a fully functional static mixer that you can directly use in your 3D printer to mix colors or materials together perfectly. It is based on the proven ‘kenics static mixer’ design as used in lots of applications, like epoxy glue mixing.
This one is 16 mm in order to fit 8 helical repetitions which add up to a 1:256 mixing factor.

Use in conjunction with a ‘hexagonal M6 spacer’ of 15mm (Ali).

This will work only for V6 or any nozzle length having no more than 10mm threading, to use bigger length nozzle, like a volcano buy one or more ‘CHT volcano adapters’ (Ali)
You can use steel (up to 500C) or brass (up to 300C).
Prints without color separation at at least up to 150mm/s print speed.

Tested to work with a Zonestar Z9V5 with M4V6 mixing hotend.
